Assuming you'd like to spend less than 600 bucks, I'd like to recommend the Meopta Optica 5 4-20x50mm. It's one-inch. Under 23 oz.

The Arkens are nice too because you can use most of them as a boat anchor also! OR the turret caps also act as shot glasses!
