What powder do you plan to try?

I'd use in a 6.5-06 or a 6.5-06AI. I have 9 and 8 twist barrels available. Looks like you'd get better velocity from 6.5 x .300 Weatherby. Really not necessary to use a bullet like that on antelope.

Any idea what twist rate would work for the .264/6.5mm 156 grain VULKAN bullets and where one would get loading data?

My cost would have been about $12 per 100 + tax. I've seen other brands of large pistol primers also.

I could have gotten lots of Federal large pistol match the other day, but I have no use for them and I can't sit on something that I can't ship.

I have some magnum primers, but never have a need to use them.

Go back to the scope the gunmaker put on and see if the inconsistency persists. If it doesn't you probably have defective scopes. Also check/recheck the base mounting screws just in case.
