Jon Beanland! Jon goes over and above to build it right! He does EVERYTHING himself, and I like that. Jon has made several rifles for me, they all shoot under 1/2 minute ... and he is a heck of a nice guy. You will be satisfied, if you get Jon to build you a rifle.

Always have a steady rest when you go to shoot an animal. This will increase your chances of shooting what you are aiming at.

Does any one know if the bolts on stainless Remington 700s, are stainless also?

I am in the process of having a rifle put together. I am used to all stainless Remingtons, but I am looking at buying a Defiant Action. I saw that the receiver is stainless, but the bolt IS NOT. I want to have the barrel and action bead blasted. What are my options for the bolt to keep it...

I like a Steel Picatinny Rail, since my action is steel, and Aluminum Rings, since scope is aluminum. Has always worked well for me, and it is so easy to switch scopes from gun to gun.Good luck!

Does any one know if Badger bottom metal for a Remington 700 will fit onto a Remington Sendero, HS stock?

Devcon is great, easy to work with.

Gunsmith told me you can freeze the stock and hit it and it will come off. I have not tried it my self, but that is what he told me he did to replace mine. Hope that helps.

I bought a Daniel Defense M4 Carbine, v7... can not believe that a 16", 1:7 twist barrel shoots that good. Shoots everything from 55 grain to 77 grain SMK under 1". Amazing firearm... Think I am going to sell my other AR, which is a Rock River and get another Daniel Defense. Never would...

Does any body know which is the better gun LaRue Tactical or Daniel Defense?

I bought one after this post started. It did not work if something was coming from the right side . Returned it after a week and bought a Moultree for $115 at Walmart. I have had for 1 1/2 years with no problems
