Important Notes Before Contacting Us

We kindly ask that you review the following points before reaching out, as there are some inquiries we cannot assist with directly:

  • Post Your Questions on the Forum: If you have a technical question, are looking for a product, want to sell something, or need advice, please register and post in the appropriate forum. We do not reply to inquiries that should be posted on the forum.
  • Account Recovery Limitations: For security reasons, we cannot change your email if it’s outdated. If you’ve lost access to your account, you can try resetting your password using the Lost Password form here. However, if you cannot reset your password, your account is unfortunately lost.
  • Classified Disputes: We do not get involved in disputes over items in the classifieds.
  • Spam Bans: If you are banned for spam, stop using a VPN and try registering with a different email address. Once a username is flagged for spam, we are unable to assist further.
  • Moderation Queue: If your post is in moderation, please be patient—it should be approved shortly.

Why can’t I PM or POST IN THE CLASSIFIEDS?

You cannot send a PM immediately after registering. To gain access, you must:

  • Achieve 25 posts.
  • Be a member for 25 days.

How can I cancel my Yearly Membership?

LRH is free to use, but your support is always appreciated. If you paid for a membership via PayPal, follow these steps to cancel:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account at PayPal.com.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Click Payments.
  4. Select Automatic payments.
  5. Choose the merchant and cancel the payment.

How can I delete my account?

Note: You must be logged in to request the deletion of your account.


How do I reset my password?

If you are being told to reset your password and don’t remember it, follow these steps:

  1. Log out of the website.
  2. Click on login and select Forgotten Password.
  3. Enter your username or email address.
  4. Follow the steps in the email to reset your password and log back in.

It is imperative that your email address is up to date, as we cannot access your account if your email address is outdated. Update your email address here.

We’ve implemented enhanced security measures requiring periodic password resets. Here are some additional recommendations for account security:

  • Do not post your email address publicly.
  • Consider occasionally updating your email address and ensuring it’s current on all services.
  • Never reuse passwords across multiple sites.

  • Use a password manager to create and store secure passwords.

Additional Key Rules:

  • Do not post personal information such as phone numbers or email addresses.
  • Do not use payment services that do not offer protection (e.g., PayPal Friends and Family, Venmo, Zelle).
  • Always verify the identity of the person you are trading with. Random emails or text messages should be confirmed before proceeding.
  • If you believe you have been scammed, report the user profile immediately.
  • Always use the messaging system on LRH to ensure records of communications are maintained.
