Why am I still waiting 4 days for double Authentication?

I kept getting prompted by the website to do this So I do and now I have lost all privilege's??????
This is what I see at the top of my pages

For the last 4 days

Why is this still posted at the to of all Post and says I do not have Privilege's to post or view certain threads.
