I tried this route. I ended up selling my standard bolt Tikka rifle and getting a Tikka T3 magnum bolt rifle. You can find some deals sometime on gunbroker or on the classifieds here. Either way, good luck.

I found a tikka rifle with no bolt for sale one time, after finding out the price of a replacement bolt I passed on buying the rifle.
