SD and ND bird outlook for fall 23?

Thought I'd check in and see how the birds are doing this year. So far in Mt they seem to be doing very well. Seeing a ton load of doves and that could well be fun

I live about 30 miles east of Mitchell and this year I have been seeing more birds than in the last few years, still a lot of young birds running across the road that can't fly yet. looking good around my place, just wish my Lab was not able to hunt anymore she wants to but will only last a couple of minutes do to joint problems, vet said get ready to put her down soon (sucks) no more dogs
