Radius’s neck/shoulder junction

i have not dove into it yet but has anyone ever seen a radius'd junction like this. New brass vs once fired brass. I may have to cast the chamber to figure it out. I will dive into it tonight but thought some might have some insight to shorten my investigation. My first thought was headspace was incorrect but go and nogo showed to be correct. This is a barrel and chambered by the same manufacturer I had an issue with on that 22 Creedmoor barrel.

Really what's the odds. I went back and looked and found the email when I ordered the two barrels. Both ordered within 1 week apart. Both had problems.
