I think its area 66???..its 125 for deer. Anyway they are some Badlands elk. Few and far between but everyonce in a while. There's a 4 point elk living on orchard bench over here still. I don't think anyone has shot him yet

Thanks Mike, I know about the herd that is between Burlington and Meeteetse, but I have heard that they stay on private property most of the time. Nice job on your elk.

They leave from time to time. A few years ago a Guy shot a 427 bull that happened to step on the wrong side of the fence. If you catch them in the right time they move through that main draw.. we got lucky
