Need Help Identifying this antique weapon, pic heavy

So my friend owns this weapon and it was passed down to her. She is thinking about getting rid of it and asked me what I know about it. This being the only gun forum I participate in, I thought I would post it up here and see if anyone has any insight into it's origin and value. She thinks it's a Chinese matchlock from the 1800s. I haven't the slightest idea what it is but it looks pretty cool. I get to play with it later, it has some sort of key with it that I am assuming is for cleaning the fuse hole. Have your friend take it to a antique dealer and find out the value is ,lightbulband what type of gun it is, before she decides to sell it.
