Make offer!! Wilson Carbon savage/bighorn prefit 22-250

Just got a carbon prefit from Wilson. Ordered a LV contour carbon wrapped 12 twist 24" 22-250. They sent a #4 contour 24#. It weighs 2#3oz and is 5/8-24 muzzle .. brand new never installed or fired. There is a blemish at the carbon wrap near the muzzle. (Picture left side of barrel ). Otherwise looks good. Have $830 into this and it's not what I ordered …. Need to get it gone. 700 OBO. Thanks
