Anyone use stag parts? Do you know why they ship BCG to an FFL?

I'm a really big fan of my stag upper (fellow lefty) and I just pulled up their website and looked at a random bolt carrier group and it is not FFL required. Which one are you looking at that is?

Lefty here. Fortunately for me I learned on right handed AR pattern rifles and the brass flying out the "wrong" side doesn't bother me so I built all of my rifles in right hand config - makes it easy to teach righties to shoot.

No need for a BCG to go to an FFL. They should ship it directly to you.

Hmm it is really weird that it is making you do that. When I put one in my cart it gives the me the option to log in as an FFL or continue with my normal checkout process. Maybe give them a call?
