So many years ago when my 12 year old son and I were doing deer scouting, he made a comment of how good the area looked. He called it really good "deeritory" and then it started. Blood trail - found between den and bathroom after putting new blades into broadheads. Range finder - first arrow that missed. Release - what you sign at ER. Broadhead - when you think you know everything there is to know about bowhunting. Quiver - when buck of lifetime stops 20 yds from you. Ground blind - when get too high up in a tree with a climbing tree stand. Camouflage - what you do to hide your new bows price tag from wife. Nocking point - place in window to knock to wake up buddy. Bjorn nock - special window knock code to wake up buddy. Speedy nock - when your buddy won't wake up. Serving - size of your lunch in backpack. Draw weight - depends on big your serving is. Rest - nap time while hunting. Buck scrape - what you do to scrape enough bucks together to buy that bow. Buck rub - what you do to "rub" bucks together to get enough doe to buy the bow. Field point - putting stand on wrong side of field. Target point - when someone points out where your arrows should be. Anchor point - best spot for smallmouth bass Sights - what forest animals see when you drop your drawers in the woods. Droppings - things that fall through pocket holes Buck lure - artificial scent guaranteed to have your wife throw your clothes into the yard after it leaked in your pocket. So understand this was something my son and I created in a ride while we were scouting. He wrote these down in our book but found it and thought it would be fun to post up. So what other definitions are we missing?😂
