O wow. Surprised you went that far. Keep in mind additional freebore in some calibers are there simply for pressure reduction. This was our problem. Definitely sounds like you are on the right track. Are you gonna go with their bore rider option? Dave preaches a lot about it. I measured about 10 pieces of various brass and most were .155" thickness. One was .16" with flickering of .1558". VA Silent Arsenal 6.5 WSM 143gr ELD-X Production Load Can be used in all barrels but mainly 20". Short LOA for use in TXH-F10 LOA 2.840", 62.2gr of RL26. Our pressure meter(probes in the barrel) shows 60100-60200 psi of pressure. Speed average of last 10 shots. 2905 FPS. Out of a 24" barrel in it is close to 3050 FPS. Burns it all any any barrel length. Bolt Gun, Custom Load, 24" Barrel LOA 2.915", 72.8gr of RL 33. 10 shots average was 3120 FPS. Burns 98.5% of it. We only do compress loads by hand. Ammo machines don't like do it, powder spills are a regular. Using some of my figures, with your increased LOA it doesnt change much of anything for speed. Sure does look cool. We have never seated a bullet that far out. You will look at 2.840 and think, what the he** are these guys doing. Loading short is very accurate.
