Thanks for all the feedback. I do believer the Ruger is the best gun myself. Ruger it is.

Ruger 10/22 or Marlin Model 60

That's great to know....but is $227.00 a fair price for the 10/22? Seems a bit high to me.

    Coyote Howling

Got out at daybreak this morning and on the first stand, I had a coyote to hang up at about 150 yards in the woods and just howl for thirty minutes. Never had this to happen. Any ideas what was going on?

    C.O.L Problem/Question

Thanks for your reply Mike....I do appreciate it. I shot this group this morning from my truck using the mirror as the rest. Not the best conditions...but it seems they will do fine.

    C.O.L Problem/Question

It is very dangerous to seat a bullet too deep. Builds up pressure...unsafe. Not worried about that with this load....just worried about distance to lands.

    C.O.L Problem/Question

Well....the distance to the lands on my 250 is 2.40. If the COL is at 2.270 that's a pretty good free jump to the lands. As long as it is safe is all I care. Don't think accuracy will be affected that much. I'm a varmint hunter...not a bench shooter. Thanks for your feedback....!
