Well, sort of. I have a XP in .375/.284 that I killed a 5000# hippo with one shot with a Nos. 260 gr. Solid. And also a .416 Taylor in a 12" Encore that I killed an elephant on a full blown charge at 12 yards. Those are true handcannons. The .325 is an almost handcannon!

I don't own any rifles, BUT I have a XP-100 handgun in .250 Sav. AI. I've taken 300+ groundhogs with it out to 510 yd. with Nos. 85 gr. BTs. Great bullet, great killer. The 70 gr. should work fine. Works great on deer, too. Done several at 400+ yds. with 110 AB, 100 TSX.

Not 140s, but I've used 120s in my 6.5/.284 XP-100 handgun on several hundred deer out to 550 yds. All 1 shooters, all dropped, all several inches of internal damage. The "perfect" deer bullet. The 6.5 PRC is only about 5% more than my gun.
