The AB 160 gr. in front of R-25 has been my go-to load for everything. I believe this should be a good load to start. It has taken coyotes to moose without a hiccup.
Here's one that is a good read. "The Ben Lilly Ledgend" by J. Frank Dobie. This is a book about the late 1800's lion and bear hunter. This man was beyond tough!!!
What a *** these people are. I can't believe anyone would ever do such a thing, muchless have pictures taken. Jimmy Houston has always been a ***. Please boycott any products he ever promotes. Call everyone you know about this trash!!
The absolute worst tasting thing I have ever tried was beaver(the four legged version I mean).I can not believe anyone would eat that stuff more than once....
The 375HH would have to be the prime canidate for this one rifle catagory. It will handle anything you could ever want to hunt. The Remington I have is also very accurate. Just my thoughts.
I have been using the RWS in .375HH and the quality is great.
I was told that they come from the same factory as Norma.
Everything about the brass is superior.
The 160 gr.Accubonds are the way to go. I push them out of a 24" barrel at 3250 and they are deadly and accurate. R-25 has worked good for both of my STW's.
I had the same problem with my 7STW. When I switched to Redding Bushing Style dies the problem was over. Just experiment with a few different size bushing and everything will be find.
