In my experience with the 22X250AI would max out around 3300Fps,with an 82 grain. You may be able to get it to 3500Fps with the 22X250AI as long as you leave your floor plate open and single feed, otherwise your magazine box will get jammed with all the spent primers that will be falling...

The great thing about AR rifles is the out of the box accuracy I have had lots of them shoot under 1/4 MOA with all kinds of ammo, Almost annoying when I have spent days of load development for custom bolt guns to get close to that!

47 grains MRP. I was close. I usually get 7-900 rds out of a 22x243 barrel I've been using benchmark and shilin barrels. I'm not sure how long barrel life is on the 22x250 AI I've got about 1,000 down the first one still going strong. Shooting the 80 gr SMK @3200 It would shoot them faster...

I think you'll be happy with the performance of the AMAX. With the 75 Grainers and a 100 yard zero I'm at 17.5 MOA at 1,000 YDS Been running the same dope card for the last 4 barrels. Coyotes hate it!

I'm thinking it was 49 Grains of MRP with a Fed 215 GM primer. I will look for sure when I get home. I have found the mag primers are the only way to get full powder burn. I also have always had to clean the barrels very often, lots of copper fouling at those speeds. On the bright side your...

The fast 22 calibers are a ton of fun. I have two 22x250 AI rifles and a 22X243 my 5th barrel on that one. amazing performance on coyotes at any range. I'm getting 3600 with a 75 grain AMAX 24" barrel with the 22X243 around 150Fps slower with the AI but considerably better barrel life.

I tried some of the 150 GR LRAB out of my new custome build 7 SAUM and the best I could get was around 1.5 moa very disapointed. But glad to hear that maybe i'ts not my rifle. I have had rifles shoot very well with the regluar Accubond's but not so much with this new model!

The barrel was 24'' The retractable tape is made by Leupold,I've never had one break! I usually buy mine at Midway USA.
