    I shot a LOT on 24x-28x. Wind blows mirage away up to a certain point. I would aim for a head or shoulder, watch the impact, adjust the turrent, fire for effect. Then wipe them all out in that area.

    6x24 all the way with target knobs. No flies on a 8-32x which was my favorite, aim small, miss small. When they have nothing but their heads sticking out of the hole, the higher power sure helps you suck them out of the hole and send them flying.
