    Wet Merino Pro 200

I have an Ultra Merino 120 LT LS Crew-T that is much lighter than the Merino Pro200, but ends up just as soaked after the intense hike. It seems to me that the key would be to use a synthetic T Shirt for that intense use, as you suggest, and then change it to dry, warm clothing for slower activity.

    Wet Merino Pro 200

The issue is that I bought the Merino Pro200, which is a blend of merino and synthetic, because the advertisement said that it dried several times faster than exclusively Merino fabrics, but it never finishes drying (unless you put it in the sun and wait for a while). Initially, I thought that...

    Wet Merino Pro 200

hello My Kuiu merino Pro 200 remains soaked for several hours, using it as a base layer and after walking more than 10km with a loaded backpack. This happens in winter with temperatures ranging from 2 to 10°C, and under the Kenai Kuiu jacket (with both pit zips open). I clarify that I love Kuiu...

Low cost 6.5mm Bullet to use for fireforming.

I recommend you use the COW method. It is the most economical, and with which you do not lower the barrel life. The most important thing about fireforming, in any case, is starting from cases with zero head space. You achieve this with the false shoulder, which from my humble point of view...

    Scope for light weight rifle

A good option is a Zeiss HT 2.5-10x50 with ASV+ turrets. Best glass (Schott), light, compact, illuminated reticle, reliable, with around 19.3 ounces.

Which caliber for Remington 700 long action (3006 bolt face) rebarrel?

The answer to your dilema is 30 gibbs. Nearly 10% extra powder over the parent case (30-06), and 300win perfomance, plus head space on the shoulder, cheap brass, etc. 24" 1:10 CF barrel, CF Ag stock and you get a great hunting tool. Good luck with your project!!!! Regards V

How do the factories load "universal" high performance cartridges??

Yes, you are looking for a load whose POI is always the same, even if it varies by X amount of powder, that is, with more/less pressure-speed. That allows this method. From my experience it appears that with an X charge that works well on a 308win rifle for example, it also works well on a...
