Huber brakes are much less noisy and work well. At the range they will blast the heck out of the guy next to you though. They are pretty ugly but I am happy with the ones I have. https://huberconcepts.com/product/square-brakes/

These are some tss loads in there.
But it seems like you are blowing by the wad and loosing some pressure before it gets moving. add a nitro card under the wad over the powder.
I shot one 2 seasons ago with the 155g hammer hunter but don't see that one listed now. Anyway it flattened him 350 pounds and just fell over done, shot through the shoulder and exited.. Shot one last year 338 federal with a hammer 255# made it 15 yards through her fore arm and exited. This...
ust got one a 3, its a bit nicer than the citori I have been using but the A400 28 is still the rainy day champ.
Its even better to drop the bird on them after they miss twice!
flattened the bear it was 255. id have no problem shooting anything with it as a short range thumper with the coppers excellent penetration/exit and destroyed the vitals
I just built a 338 federal the 175 hammer at 2800 with benchmark but ran out of case capacity. its a slick round with some good potential, and hammered this years bear.
I think this would be half useless, since you will have to do it again on the formed/sized brass. you might get a load for new brass out of it that is all.
you should not have to jam the bullets. when you neck it down just size until it just chambers and you will be good to go with a 10% reduced charge.
The SM series will need the shoulder blown out to 40 degrees so loads should be decreased by 8-10% for the initial firing.
The future plan...
