Masczek, any idea on if the current line of US optics is the same quality they were a few years ago?? Seemed like the ones I’ve been seeing used have been poor quality from a company I’d known to make great glass?

They're pricy, but not as bad as I was expecting. Less than other mfgs and probably more accurate….and incorporating the AI mags is so much nicer!!! I'm a big fan of my bolt gun mags feeding the semiauto platforms

Agreed I ended up finding a meostar R1 3-12x56 for $500 that’s now sitting on one of my BARs

I’d have to say both yes and no.... in terms of a bad but still lethal shot the bigger heavier rounds will have far more energy resulting in a lot more tissue damage. So that gut shot deer with a 6.5 Grendel will run much farther than one gut shot by my 338lapua. A bad shot is still a bad...
