I shoot my AR single shot from a bench when I'm out in the prairie dog town. My load is 39SBK's at .020 off the lands. I usually use Benchmark or 8208 powder .5 less that max load.
To use in a magazine I like 32grSBK's at mag length with a couple tenths under max of 335 or Tac. The Magpro 20 works good for a plastic mag but the 30 round mag doesn't(too much curve). Most metal mags work fine for 204 but the plastics have slightly smaller internal measurement. Regards, Mark
