I got the rifle back, mounted an shv on top and shot a .425 with eldx and a .303 with nosler 140 rdf. I can work with that. I will shoot it again around Tuesday and hopefully it repeats.

Cooper finally emailed me. The receptionist said it will be done soon. The smith said he sent it back on the 18th. I asked for a tracking number to see where it is. Hope its a shooter or its going to Defensive edge.

I have had the barnes fail in two different rifles. Both fairly close shots. Secondly I highly recommend the barnes in a muzzle loader. They are amazing game killers in a muzzy. Not soo good of luck with rifles on deer and elk.

They mailed me a slip over scope cover like a coozie and some stickers. I think I am going to ask them to send it back to me so I can send it to a smith for repair and re barrel since they cant seem to get to it. They must have an extremely long line of warranty claims.
