IMO I think that the 67 g. bullet, and a varmint bullet at that, out of a PPC is not a big game bullet. The sectional density is low on that small of a weight, and PPCs were designed up to 300 meters where they mostly dominate matches and the powder capacity in the PPC is not as great for it...

If you shoot a 6BR and want to shoot 115s, you'll need at least a 1:7 twist, you could get away with a 1:7.5 twist. Each gun is going to be unique and maybe 107s will work, or 105 Amax, or even 105 VLDs will work. Some 6BRs can shoot 87 and on up grains and some don't like anything under 105...
