I own an original version. It's very sloppy and the locking mechanism does not work. I have to either jam it open with a hard tool or it's stuck on. It twists when it's not supposed to and the locking pin has worn a groove into where it's supposed to be locked in at. Gunwerks is standing by...

Couldn't tell ya to be honest. I've only used the 2 and 3 and not on the same rifles. The 2p did well with 6.5 prc on a light rifle, but I shoot it suppressed now 100% so I don't need the brake.

Might sound backwards but my 7RM has a 3-15x44, my 6.5 has a 3-18x50, and my 22-250 has a 5-30x56 lol. Shot my elk this year at 570 with my 7RM and I think I was on 11 or 12 power.
