How do you decide what products to use?

Sounds like the bullets were not stable. Just my 2 cents. Would be interested in knowing how his load development went prior to shooting them into gel.

How do you decide what products to use?

Yes, we are out in Boise Idaho now! Thanks for the kind words about our staff though. Yes, our intention was never to be a store front so we never really worried about location haha. Our goal is to eventually have an event at our new facility. It's important for local people to know you exist...

I think you might be talking about our match shooters dog. She's not at our facility haha.

How do you decide what products to use?

Nope, that's fine, I appreciate your honesty. I will say that the seating depth situation is why we have created a single feed and mag feed version on most of our long range bullets. This along with the ability to seat up to the bullet down into the case neck and outside the case neck up to...

    Bullet Construction vs Lethality

    Thanks guys, I appreciate that.

Anybody compare Hammer Hunter to CEB Maximus to Hornady CX, etc?

Can confirm. Typically the people who can end up feeding are people with custom mags. Also worth noting is that you seat the Sealtite band halfway down the case neck. Sorry if I sound like a broken record.

Anybody compare Hammer Hunter to CEB Maximus to Hornady CX, etc?

I know the MTH is declining in popularity, but I just found some awesome terminal performance pics that I put on the website from back when thats the only bullet line we had. Pretty gnarly. *PS this page is still being built so dont judge too harshly lol CEB TERMINAL PERFORMANCE COLLECTION

Anybody compare Hammer Hunter to CEB Maximus to Hornady CX, etc?

You are correct. We have quite a few different MTH/MTAC bullets that come in a "MAX" single feed version and a standard version. The SealTite band is lower down on the body of the bullet on the MAX version. And yes, any bullets that are not Lazers that say GEN2 after them have a revised...

Anybody compare Hammer Hunter to CEB Maximus to Hornady CX, etc?

Im late to the party here, but I did want to mention that you can seat the SealTite band up to half ways down the case neck which gives you a lot of room for adjustment. Depending on throat wear, you could also have an additional .100" outside the case neck as well. We all make a MAX and...

How do you decide what products to use?

Yes, this is actually one of the many things we have been discussing! I think if we could have a community on our website where people can share data, results, etc would really go a long ways.

How do you decide what products to use?

Oh jeez dont even get me started. US is definitely not manufacturing friendly, however I will say that consumers aren't exactly supportive of it either. Things made overseas are substantially cheaper, so most people will not opt to go for the American made item that is double the cost. I totally...

How do you decide what products to use?

Thanks for the feedback! I am thinking that maybe we should start with the major calibers first for our load data. Create a manual for .264, .308, and maybe one other one? Im thinking doing larger calibers like .375 & .416 wouldn't be necessary since those are mostly match shooters and they do a...

How do you decide what products to use?

I really value your response. Thanks for your honesty. I really do understand the cost aspect of things and I dont blame you one bit for your decision to stick with something more cost effective. I really do wish we could get our costs down, but between our material costs and manufacturing...
