Kept the same load, just changed to a heavier bullet. now I am getting 1" at 300 yards. the bullet is a little slower than i wanted but the accuracy is great.
All I can find around here is 225grain bullets and powder is limited. The C.O.L. is just over 3.6, Long as I could get it and still function in the magazine.
I am using 92 grains of h1000 powder with lapua brass, federal large magnum primers and Nosler accubond 225grain bullets. My grouping are around 3" at 100yards. How do I know if I need to add powder or use less powder?
My barrel is 26".

Bears can be dangerous. They will eat you if you let them.
