neck turning is essentialy shaving some brass of the necks of your cases so that the necks are all a uniform thickness. it is particularly relevant if you are using bushing dies.....

re rifles, the only one that doesn't get used too much is a sako .22rf range. however, i have a rake of shotguns that i'd sell tomorrow if i thought i'd get a decent price for the things. browning b125 F1 trap gun, miroku 5000special olympic skeet gun, skb, beretta etc. etc.

well foxes around my way are not stupid, but i have had 2 this week. best scope for night shooting, without a shadow of a doubt is either s&b 8x56 or swaro 8 x 56, preferably with a fairly thick reticle.

by my poor math, you have had 25thou errosion over 500rounds? is that right? depending on what kind of barrel it is, you can get 10 - 15 thou erosion over the first 100rounds through a new barrel under normal conditions, this being the case, you've had another 10-15 thou over 400 shots...
