Has anyone else had problems with very long delivery times from these people? So far, even with constant reminders, it has now been in excess of 13 months, and still nothing to show for over $500.00

Has anyone out there had issues with this company? Still waiting for my stuff after more thab 12 months, and yes, I've cahsed them up numerous times.
