To me, no doubt....
I would take the Lapua, because of the tougher Brass. Havn´t seen Rum brass so far, but working a lot with the Lapua Stuff...

last year i´ve visited a 1000 Meter prone Match in swizerland. One of the Guy´s there shot a .338" Lapua using the 300grs SMK`s from a french sniper - rifle. He finished with a 289 of a possible 300 score....
He told that the Barrel had a 1x10 Twist....

Hi Lee,
when i got the M40 ( 220grs ) Bullets, there was a small report about that shooting included.
As far as i remember the Cartridge was a .300 Weatherby ( ?? ) and the Scope a 4-16x Schmidt&Bender....

as far as i can see, ther´s no change if Brass is loaded several times.
I´ve a Box of 50 Rounds that i only use for competition. It´s a .30-Cal.Wildcat based on the .338 Lapua. Looking to my reports i´ve loaded them 22 times and still able to keep all of them "in the Black" at 800...
