I am running a 6.5 sst using n565 at 3050. Rifle is 18” carbon broughton , tenacity action, manners carbon stock,7.5 lbs with scope. Absolute hammer with nosler 142 ablr.9” thunderbeast can.

I have used a 28 Nosler for 3 years hunting with Berger 195 eol. I have shot 3 elk 2ea 6x6 (540yds,860 yds),1 ea 7x8 (1020 yds )all dropped in there tracks. No issue with the bullet as far as performance, I open the point of the bullet with a small drill just to make sure they open as designed...

Seems it will last for years, one of my PRS sponsors told me the socom 556 (77 grn)contract is sold out for 2 years (24 hrs,7 days a week)They are having a hard time getting powder.
