I have the Bushnell LRHS and I like it a lot. They're discontinuing it though, so watch Georgia Precision around June because they've been having sales for $750. That's less than I paid with military discount.
The M's work like a berger when shot at critters, they're very close in BC, I just don't see them making a ELD-X heavier than the 175. Maybe they will, I could be wrong.
Another vote for the .260. The sectional density of the heavy for caliber bullets is great as is the BC, and the .260 will give you more speed than the 6.5cm if you reload.
But I think if more manufacturers grab onto the faster twist rates, Browning is doing it, the bullets will come. Eventually it's going to get where everything needs to be shot in a long action.
Honestly, if there were more offerings for high BC .270 bullets, I'd build a 270WSM or 270 Wby. Unfortunately, there's not and the 6.5 and 7mm market have that cornered.
