6.5 Creedmoor, 20" Barrel, load data?
I think your in the ball park. I'm shooting 147gr and 143gr with 43.2 grains of H4350 with great accuracy and 2800fps out a 24inch tube. -

I have both the vx6 non hd and the vx5hd and for the money I would go with the vx5hd in a 3x15 and don't look back! all around great scope!- Kenny0709

212 Eld-x in 1/11?
Not sure how it will work in your Tikka, but I use 77grs of H1000 for a 3 shot group the size of your thumb nail -
