so I’ve got an elk quartered and hanging in the garage… frozen. I’m wondering the best way to defrost it so I can process it? I have a space heater and was thinking about setting it up about 10’ away so the meat doesn’t get warm. I know some people toss quarters in the freezer and deal with them...
I’ve found load data on 6.5 prc and us869 (Hogdons load data). I’m wondering if anyone has had any luck with it? I’m planning on shooting 147 eldm’s.
Also, I know that there are better powders out there for the 6.5 PRC but given our current situation this is all I’ve got.
