I see their powder available in other countries. Is it manufacturing thing or an import/export thing

I’m looking to buy 10 or 15 of the 200 grain plus aluminum tip bullets. These bullets are readily available near me but I’d like to try some before I buy a bunch of bullets I can’t use. plan is to use them for subsonic 300 blackout loads

Guys I appreciate all the input. When I posted that I found someone that could do it, I also placed the order. If the right person would’ve been on the phone when I called Bartlein then I would’ve ordered from them. They told me they couldn’t do it so I moved on and the rest is history.
