They are machined but not swaged- its some sort of design process he had patents on, but its not swaged. somehow that hollow area is machined behind it
I shot them out of a 26" barrel at 3,000 but I had more to go- I just found a good node right there so I stuck with it. I think you could get 3100 pretty easy with 4831 SC, maybe more depending on what youre shooting for brass
