Check your suppressor. Mine got carboned up pretty bad. When you lean your rifle up against the wall, small flakes of carbon are falling into the chamber and bolt face. Take the suppressor off and tap it on the table, shake it around and you will see chunks come out if it's dirty.

I worked up a varmint load 87 gr. VMAX that's shoots sub 1/2 moa @3300 fps.
Mirage? Parallax? Shooting positions all prone or bench? Consistent Cheek weld is critical.
Are you dialing your parallax/ focus to the prescribed yardage number or actually dialing out your parallax. Adjusting so the image is clear does not mean the parallax is dialed out.

This could be a long shot hairbrain idea,
But try either extreme cold or hot temperature. It could cause just enough shrinkage to allow it to open. Haul it outside if you live where it's freezing outside. Otherwise plug in a window AC unit pointed at it. 🤷
I like using KG bore polish when nothing else works. Also maybe clean your suppressor. Could be getting dirty causing extra pressure possibly.
Plug 1 end and fill it with CLR overnight. Rinse in hot water. Its amazing how much crud comes out. Some powders are dirtier than others.
Yep, I did on a couple to try it out . Just take enough off until you barely see it marking the base. Make sure your using a perfectly flat surface under your emery cloth. I think it will be fine.
