Double tap sells 200 grain hard cast. They rate them at 1300fps, my chrono shows slightly less. I hand load 180s with blue dot to 1300fps from my stock glock barrel.

I shoot regular Fed205M in my AR (including TAC) and have never had a slam fire or miss fire.
