Does that mean the Nosler brass could take more powder charge to make up for the capacity? This load with the Remmy brass was good for at least 6 reloads. Should I up the charge to make up the velocity difference?

Having shot lots of Barnes (solid copper) and lots of Bergers (jacketed lead core) the only difference I've seen is the color of the blue that comes out of the barrel! They clean the same in my rifle:D

In my opinion most better scopes come with IR because I love mine and would never buy another scope without it! I've only used it a few times in hunting situations, but in shooting steel I use it a lot. I believe it's just another tool in the tool bag that makes your shooter life easier.:D
