    Bow Tuning ??

A reason why I like Bowtechs (deadlock )cam adjustment. You can tune in the field, without shims. Bare shaft is great starting place. I go out as far as 20 yards. Past that distance, error in technique tends to show on the tear, more than the arrow flight. Because your arrows fletching are a...

    South Africa against Israel

I’m a sniper. Not a politician. I’m not getting anyone straight, as much as the old timers are going to fight themselves out of a weak foreign policy dick throwing match. A story of warriors as old as the beginning of time.

    South Africa against Israel

I am referring to general orders. Specifically #6. There's no "actually." If you're command is told to leave by a hosting country after a political change. It happens. You leave. There is no need for "investigation." The DOD and State knows why. This is all diplomatic issues, again related to...

    South Africa against Israel

Till gas prices go up. Maybe US companies lose access to lithium or other raw materials being mined…I know how you Californias love your solar… People have been fighting, trading and negotiating for resources since the great flood my guy. Other things are straight not negotiable. If Islamic...

    South Africa against Israel

You wouldn't do anything in your day either. Why? Because it has nothing to do with individual fighters. If you start killing African nationals, you're going to the brig, and you potentially start an international incident. The DOD and state department are leasing resources from the locals...

How many days do you hunt a year and what do you hunt mostly big gane wise ?

I use to hunt a lot of days, the only thing that changed is now I do my scouting more, and I usually tag out without always needing to spend a week in the field, per tag. So, long story short, it depends. Could be 30 days a year, could be less. Depending on tags drawn, and how things go. This...

    Don't underestimate old guy strength

It’s a medical generalization. It just means peak test is at this age to that age. Then it begins its taper off. Some people its severe, with gyno and fat gain, others it’s not so much. Simply put most guys in their 40s +, aren’t going to quit their day job and go to compete in the Olympics...

    Don't underestimate old guy strength

Testosterone productions on average…. YOU might be stronger, but it most likely means that you never reached a peak of physical fitness from the beginning. You’re simply more disciplined now. Makes senses, and that’s great. Same for cognitive decline.

    Don't underestimate old guy strength

Like I said, most of it is competing with yourself. There’s a reason why the Marine PFT gets easier in age brackets. It’s why 37 can be “old.” People that get out of the knuckle dragging jobs of the military age hard. I don’t see what combat dives have to do with anything, though. In the...

    Don't underestimate old guy strength

I don't think this crowd even knows what the Murph challenge is… …even so, I think fewer are in a age group that can even handle doing CrossFit challenges. Of that few even less will appreciate running a mile, or two…or any physical activity that involves hundreds of reps…let alone with weight...

    Opinions on crown angle?

Even if there was a difference, can you out shoot that difference. If you could out shoot that difference…as long as it's consistent…would it matter? Since it's shooting the same way each time in theory. …because you have precision….it should shoot as good as it's going to shoot… So, the...

    Kitchen renovation appliances

Avoid Samsung. Never had an issue with whirlpool or LG myself. We have all the things. Oven with convection. Air fryer, convection. Over the range microwave. Water to fridge, with ice. A separate ice maker, because my wife hates tap water ice for whatever reason. Dishwasher. Garbage disposal...

    Opinions on crown angle?

Opinion is that crown protection is more important than the physical degree of the crown. So for that, a recessed crown would be a good way to solve that. If it was measurable in accuracy I’m sure somebody would have hit that nail home by now. I don’t mean on here, I mean in the professional realm.

Someone wanted a picture of my hunting rig

If you're going to do all that, you might as well just do a high inertia fly wheel swap, change the rear main seal as a preventive maintenance, put a new transmission in it and replace the T case main shaft for preventive maintenance as well. The way I see it, at that point, you might as well...
