    Browning x-bolt long range hunting rifle

    I have a Browning Long Range in 6.5 PRC. Not the hunting version though. But it shoots extremely well. I did change out the trigger as I thought it sucked. But I guess I'm a trigger snob. I am happy with the purchase and I'm not a browning fan generally.

    What's your favorite portable shooting bench

    I have an original BR Pivot, I don't know if Caldwell changed anything. I also have a Big Shooter, very similar to the BR but all steel construction. Both pretty nice benches very stable.

    .17 super mag? accuracy????

    Its a rimfire, I get better accuracy when the barrel is fouled and I don't clean until the accuracy diminishes. Granted I don't have 17wsm but it works for all my rimfires 17M2-22mag. Check out Rimfire Central Im sure there a lot on the 17wsm over there.

    Everything I have read is right around the 4000 range. I had plans to re-barrel at 3500 but it keeps shooting, so time will tell. I don't shoot it much anymore. I like the Hall 22br, I can see the hits better as its a 14lb gun.
