I sent in an old monarch bc there were spots inside the lense. I shot it as is for a while till i decided Im not gonna use the gun for a while so I sent it in and sent me bacn a BNIB Monarch 3 same everything. Id say its a great company like Leupold.
If you can get your hands on a leupold vx2 then I would suggest that. Also there are alot of older leupolds on EBAY fairly cheap that are undeniably tough and reliable scopes.
I love mine in 300WM, I shot it with or without the brake and I did not see a difference in accuracy. Its a great rifle, it is a little heavy but I can man up.
Well I may disappoint some of yall, I was able to get a Vari X-II 3-9x50 with a CDS dial already installed. I went and shot it at 500 yards and did exactly what I needed it to do.
