went out pheasant hunting sat. with my bro in-law and his 2 labs, we got soaking wet in a rain/snow mix saw lots of birds,missed a few but we got 4. The bird count might be down, but they are out there if your willing and able to go find them.

try going to kifaru.com they have gun bearing options that fit other packs and some people here really like them.

that sounds like an irresponsible precedent, killing the wildlife for domestic animals, I think you are right make the ranchers tend their cows and let the hunters tend the elk.

I called them 2 days ago about those packs and I was told that about the only difference is the day pack and the 107 has adjustable shoulder straps

just wondering if anyone might know who to call around the Salida Co. area about having someone with horses take a group of 5-6 hunters and gear up the mountain and later back down again I dont think we will need a guide,just a ride.
