I'd start at 57-58gr of H1000 with the 147ELD. My load is 60gr of H1000 with Federal 215 Match primer and GAP brass. 3060 out of a 26" barrel.

300winmag simplest choice for LR and hunting elk. Easy to find ammo and components to reload. Granted during this Covid times that may be difficult but the same can be said for every other cartridge. I've got the 300rum and now the 300prc, if your on a trip and your ammo gets lost try finding...

As someone who has a Jaws(338) from Shark Precision, TBAC Ultra 7, ultra 9's and a 338ultra, the TBAC 338ultra is thee suppressor to have if you're only going to have one can. Have had it on 338rum, 300rum and now on my 300prc. It tames and quiets all of them.

The 208 long range hybrid target has the same G7 as the 215 hybrid. If you do a comparison on Bergers website the spec difference between the 2 is very close. I run the 215's thru my 300RUM, it's a 10tw.

I have one K&P barrel, think it is a 5 contour that they fluted for me. Chambered in 6.5saum, very accurate, love it. Wouldn't hesitate to order another barrel from them.

I built my 300prc with Proof barrel. 26" Sendero contour. Have exactly 100 rounds of Hornady factory 212ELD_X ammo thru it. Shoots great.Am surprised at the factory ammo, will shoot one hole groups. Only stretched it out to 715 yards so far but results are very good. Haven't started reloading...
