John, You wanted the standard muscle brake, send me a pm with a shipping address and I will get one out. Price is going to be $115 shipped. You can get a mailing address off my link, or send to;

Center Shot Rifles
5331 2nd ave.
Pittsville, WI 54466

If you want me to e-mail a pic of one installed send me your e-mail address, I don't think IT has them on my site yet.

Tested the Muscle Brake today on a 7mm Dakota rifle. The results were fantastic.
The brake performed with no noticable concusion at the shooters position and no felt wind or turbulence, to the shooter. The video will be very enlightening as the gas blast from the brake is very visable, and you can see exactly where the gas goes.

I am extreamly happy with the results from this compact package. I think it will be a handgunners dream as Neal invisioned.

In the video is the man wearing ear plugs? I can't tell. If he's not that would be a very impressive design, just in case you forgot to put in your earplugs before you downed a big buck.

Yes he forgot to put in his plugs. Said it wasn't bad at all. Ears were back to normal in 4-5 minutes.
I made that mistake ONCE with my wifes braked 300 Win Mag. It was a day or two before my ears were back to normal.

It was starting to drizzle when we set up to shoot the video, so like a bone head I forgot to put in the plugs for the first shot. They don't work real well when their in your pocket:rolleyes:

I would not make a habit of it but the brake on a browning a bolt BOSS dam near made me deaf for 2 days when a buddy touched one off and I was 10 feet behind him.

The large 1.5" dia. round, 4 port muscle brakes are done and in hand. I will try and get pics up on the site by Monday, anyone who wants pics e-mailed to them before that send me you e-address. These brakes will retail for $150 shipped in the US.

My dad recently took the JP off of his 338x300wsm and had a Muscle Brake installed. He also had the origional brake on his MOA replaced as he wanted something with a solid bottom... The Muscle Brake is from Jim See at centershotrifles.com
Here is the 338x300wsm with 250gr pills

Are these cartridges loaded with real world loads? Which of the Striker 338X300WSM shots was with the 250 grain bullet?

I really do not know much about a 7 Sundance. Based on the recoil, is it a 22 hornet necked up to 284 diameter?

the 7x376 is pushing a 168smk at 2700+ and the 250 is a little slower, i forget exactly, mabey my dad will comment on that...

How does it compare to the JP brake?

The 338 with the 250's used to have 4"+ of muzzle rise when it had the JP, It also came back noticably more. The 7mm used to come back 4-5" with a firm grip, I shot it yesterday and was blown away!
