Welcome from lower AZ. I also have a Ruger American Predator in 308. It is a great value for a rifle. I personally wouldn’t sink money into one to make it something that it isn’t. Spend money on shooting (as mentioned above) and on glass, but premium glass isn’t necessary either. Have fun!

I don’t have nearly as much reloading experience as many of the folks on here. I’ve always started with velocity node testing, but this thread has me wondering if I should start with seating depth testing at a starting charge weight? Then move to velocity testing after finding a good seating...

I just saw the area 419 review of these and am very intrigued. I was pretty firmly in the Leica geovid pro AB+ camp, so I would be very curious to see how these compare especially in the glass department.
