The barrels are going to vary so even if you rechoke them and run the same chokes in each they are most likely going to pattern a little different just due to how much one barrel is being constructed vs the other.

They don’t even make a 7PRC and by the time you buy a rifle to strip for the action and a prefit and a stock/chassis that isn’t Tupperware you’re within a few hundred bucks of what you could buy an origin for and have a custom build on a better action.
As someone who’s shot thousands of groundhogs on bean fields with every caliber from 17’s to 338’s I can tell you for a fact that there’s a good difference in the splatter effect each time you step up in caliber. Usually even if you use a lighter bullet in that caliber that’s not as explosive.
