I am very aware about the 22 CM I have 2 of them. I am not saying why to the cartridge but the use of 308 brass for it. There are excellent options for 22 creed brass and used 308 wouldn’t be my top 50 choices.

I am in a long action defiance antix in a XLR chassis

I seem to have a slow barrel. I am loading 66.6 grains. Maybe it will speed up, I dunno I am at pressure for my barrel.

I just finished up a 300 Wsm in a 24” barrel. Berger 215 hybrid with rl26 at 2730fps. Shoots very good and accurate

I have never been able to use virgin brass for testing. Especially in a belted magnum which can have a good amount of case stretch. I would get 2 firings and bump that shoulder .001 before starting this kind of test. The virgin brass will throw off the speeds.
