Here's your model #. You even have the date I purchased it from Leupold. It's been in one of my safes except for a few occasions shooting at my own range at my small farm.

What’s the tape for?

Before I joined the Marine Corp upon turning 17 we had put in indoor plumbing & PaPa had gotten phone service. It was a “party” line. I had almost forgot what a party line was! I like it also, but it still leaves me 2 heavy comp rifles when I get back on track. Most of my varmit shooting will be from 50 to 500. I haven’t decided, but pretty sure I want to be 3-4 on the low end. This was on a Foundation w/ a 28” Bartlein MTU so a big change! Great shooting you did!
